Located under the My Dashboard tab, the Enter My Time page is where all users can enter and submit timecards. A timecard can include multiple time entries for different jobs and activities done throughout the day.
To enter time:
- Above the timecard table, select the date you would like to enter time for. By default, the current day is selected, but you can navigate to another day by clicking on any of the adjacent days or by clicking
to open a calendar view. - Decide if Assume standard workday (7am - 7pm) should be checked. Checking this box will automatically assign the am/pm selection as you enter hours.
- Using the drop-down menu in the Job column, select your Job.
- In the next column, select your Task.
- Under the next two columns, click the boxes and choose the hour and minutes for when you started and ended work on that particular task.
- Repeat steps #3-5 to complete all your time entries for the day.
