How do I reset my password?

If you know your current password:

  1. From your computer, log in to your BuildKeeper account.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your email address.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter a new password.
  5. Confirm the new password.
  6. Click Save.

If you have forgotten your current password:

  1. From your computer or smartphone, go to:
         https://www.buildkeeper.com/login/reset
  2. Enter the email address you use to log in to your BuildKeeper account and click Next. You will be automatically sent an email.
  3. Open the email you receive and click the link provided.
  4. Enter your new password and click Submit.
