Check out your reports

Your reports are where everything comes together. Go to the Reports tab to view the full list. Under Employee Time & Payroll, you can see details from submitted timecards. Reports in Active Jobs show information for currently active jobs. Or check out the Calendars to see data in a nice, easy-to-read format.  

We recommend you get started by looking at the Time by Pay Period report.

Employee Time & Payroll

  • Time by Pay Period - Summary of hours worked per day during a given period of time.
  • Time by Pay Type - Summary of hours worked by pay type during a given period of time.
  • Time by Employee - Details of the hours worked for a specific employee.
  • Time by Task - Amount of time spent for each type of task.

  Active Jobs

  • Daily Activity - All activity for a day across all jobs.
  • Job Progress - Amount of time logged versus estimated.
  • Job Cost Outline - Total hours and expenses recorded per job.
  • Job Time Details - Amount of time spent on a job by all employees and by day.

  • Job Expense Details - List of all materials and other expenses spent on a job.

Calendars

  • Job Calendar - Calendar view of hours logged per job.
  • Close Calendar - Calendar view of when jobs where completed.

Lists

  • Employee List & Details - Complete list of all employee info entered.
  • Customer List & Details - Complete list of all customer info entered.
  • Job List & Details - Complete list of all job info entered.

Company Financials

    Pro plan only
  • Income Statement - The profit or loss of the entire business over a given period of time.
  • Profit and Loss by Job - The amount made or lost on a finished job.
  • Income by Customer - Revenue earned per customer over a given period of time.
    Plus & Pro plan only
  • Expenses by Category - Amount spent in each category during a given period of time.
  • Expenses by Vendor - Amount spent with each vendor during a given period of time.

Invoice & Payments

    Pro plan only
  • Customer Balances - Customer with an outstanding amount due.
  • Open Invoices - List of unpaid invoices.
  • Invoice Details - History of all invoices created over a given period of time.
